At MYA Hookah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used hookahs, hoses, and opened tobacco or charcoal cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the unused product.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all accessories included to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for usage or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
